Q1: Who sets up the castle?

Don't worry! A member of the Bounce Patrol Inflatables team who delivers the castle will set everything up for you.

Q2: When do I pay for the hire?

If you are paying by cash then the payment is due on drop off. However, if the product is paid for by card then there's no need to worry.

Q3: What are the delivery times?

The castles will be delivered between 6 am - 12 pm. If you have a personal preference for the delivery time, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your additional needs (This is not guaranteed).

Q4: What are the pick-up times?

The castles will be picked up by one of the Bounce Patrol Inflatables team between 6 pm - 9 pm. If you have a personal preference for the pick-up time, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your additional needs (This is not guaranteed).

Q5: Is an electrical supply needed?

Yes, a power supply is needed to keep the bouncy castle inflated throughout the day. Where necessary our team will be able to provide extension leads to connect to your power socket.

Q6: What happens in adverse weather conditions?

If the weather conditions are poor on your date of booking, we will give you a call to make sure you still want us to go ahead with the booking. If you are still interested in having the castle, we will continue as normal. You do not need to worry about the weather conditions damaging the castle as all the castles and electronics are waterproof. If you experience a lot of rain during your booking day, it is best to leave the castle inflated and running.

Q7: What happens on the day of my booking?

On the day of your booking, our delivery driver will arrive between 6 am - 12 pm to set up your chosen castle. Once they have finished setting up the castle, you will need to sign the paperwork. The driver will then explain some basic rules to you as well as arranging a pickup time later through the day. You will then be left to enjoy your day. Please note you will be liable for any damages to the castle and the safety of all users on the day.

Q8: Who is responsible for the castle when it has been setup?

After the castle has been setup and the paperwork has been signed the customer is now responsible for the castle and the safety of the users. The customer will also be liable for any damages that could occur throughout the duration of the hire.

Q9: How many children can go on a castle at one time?

There are many factors to be taken into account regarding how many children can go on a castle at any one time. The delivery driver will be able to advise you of a rough estimate for the safest amount of people. It is your responsibility to ensure that everyone using the castle is safe and our guidance is only advisory, please use common sense.

Q10: Do you do indoor bookings?

Yes, the castles can be setup inside as long as there is enough room. This will need to be confirmed beforehand.

Q11: Are adults allowed on the castles?

Yes, we have adult castles for hire which are for all ages. But we advise adults not to go on the children's castles.
